A new lease of life
The King’s Mill Reservoir in Nottinghamshire has been under development since 2017. And following Heritage Lottery funding, the new visitor centre will tell the story of the site in a bid to preserve and promote the area for future generations. Red Stone were appointed to create a new identity to bring the heritage project to life.
Inspired by nature
Nature is at the heart of Mill Waters and Red Stone reflected this in the development of the Mill Waters brand. Using the Kingfisher as a core symbol, we incorporated other local bird species by developing a flat, graphic illustration style and colour palette that references the local environment.
