Launching and sustaining a brand
The Money Advice Service was set up by Government to offer clear, unbiased money advice. For free. As one of three agencies on the creative design roster, we were commissioned to create the new corporate brand identity for the Service. The brand was implemented across a full range of communications and marketing material.

We worked with the brand team and senior management team to steer and develop the brand strategy and the visual and verbal identity. This resulted in a set of brand guidelines with a clear rationale to maximise uptake by making compliance easy and straightforward.

Following the launch of the new brand, the Money Advice Service relocated from their Canary Wharf offices to new headquarters in Holborn. The move presented a timely opportunity to extend the brand into the Service's new space and reinvigorate internal brand perceptions.
To prepare the ground for the organisation's 'digital first' strategy, we realigned all print materials and optimised them for delivery as downloadable PDFs.

Reporting
'The Financial Capability of the UK' is a major study of changing financial behaviours across the UK. Our task was to communicate these findings in powerful and accessible way, and to support the finding we developed a series of compelling infographics which were licensed to partners including the BBC and MoneySuperMarket.
